Our Stakeholders
We are thrilled to announce that KambeGreen Projects has received endorsements from two esteemed stakeholders: The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) and The South African National Parks (SANParks). Both organizations have shown their support for our Female Drone Water Protection Project, which aims to enhance water conservation efforts for SANParks and the broader SADC region. This innovative project has been submitted to different institutions for funding, and with the backing of CSIR and SANParks, we are confident in its potential to make a significant impact on water protection and conservation. Thank you for your continued support as we strive to create sustainable solutions for our environment.
SANPARKS Endorsement
We are honored to announce our endorsement from South African National Parks (SANParks) for our Female Drone Water Protection Project. This innovative initiative is dedicated to safeguarding water bodies within Kruger National Park (KNP) and other conservation areas across the SADC region. A Conservation Breakthrough Kruger National Park plays an essential role in the protection of the Incomati and Limpopo River basins, facilitating sustainable water management and biodiversity conservation. SANParks recognizes the significance of the KambeGreen Project in enhancing existing conservation strategies and monitoring freshwater ecosystems. Technology Meets Environmental Protection The Female Drone Water Protection Project leverages drone technology to provide a modern and efficient method for monitoring rivers, lakes, and wetlands. The implementation of real-time data collection will enhance water quality assessments, biodiversity tracking, and overall conservation efforts. Empowering Women Through Innovation A key component of this project is its focus on women’s empowerment, as it trains female drone pilots from local communities. This initiative not only strengthens conservation efforts but also promotes skills development, creates employment opportunities, and fosters gender inclusivity within the environmental sector. A Call for Collaboration SANParks has expressed interest in further collaboration to expand this initiative. At KGP, we welcome partnerships and investments that will contribute to the success of this groundbreaking project. Join us in our mission to protect Southern Africa’s vital water resources while uplifting women in the field of conservation.
CSIR Endorsement
KambeGreen Projects is honored to announce the endorsement of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) for our innovative Female Drone Pilot Project aimed at protecting water bodies in Kruger National Park. This pioneering initiative confronts pressing environmental challenges while empowering women with state-of-the-art drone technology skills. As climate change, pollution, and human activities increasingly threaten South Africa’s vital water resources, the need for innovative solutions becomes paramount. The Kruger National Park, renowned as a global biodiversity hotspot, is no exception. Our project utilizes advanced drone technology to monitor and protect water bodies, offering real-time data to inform proactive conservation efforts. In addition to its environmental benefits, this initiative promotes gender inclusion by training women as drone pilots, thereby bridging the gap in both technological and environmental management sectors. With its dual focus on sustainability and social empowerment, the project presents a compelling opportunity for green funding from both regional and international sources. Endorsed by the CSIR, the Female Drone Pilot Project represents a scalable and high-impact solution that could be replicated throughout Southern Africa. It aligns with global sustainability goals while fostering economic empowerment for women in high-tech and environmental fields. We invite you to join us in shaping a future where innovation, conservation, and inclusivity are seamlessly integrated.
